OMG. IT'S FREAKING NOT A GIRL BOOK. It's about how this girl is an ugly (& how all of the peoples are until the turn 16 & get the surgery...thing...) But found out that becoming a pretty, they make you a bubblehead, like where your always happy and would never dream of hurting anyone, & loves everyone, & they do that to them just so everything inside the city is controlled. But when the girl finds this out, she also has a friend who has found the cure. So she gives herself up to be a pretty and writes a letter to herself to take the pills as a pretty. And the series goes on. But it's got action & stufff. :DD
